Twisted Scheme

How do you pass a bill without voting on it? I do not know if this would survive a court challenge, but it is bound to doom the Democrat party like nothing else. They are attempting to pass a bill while claiming not to vote for it. This twisted scheme to push a rule covering a fix bill to include language deeming a bill passed which was never voted upon.
The Ruling Regime is getting desperate. They will do anything it takes. It is time for us to rise up and be counted. It is time for a counter revolution at the ballot box. We need a return to the Constitution.

The Socialist-Democrats seem to be trying to amend a bill that doesn’t exist. This is not ‘reconciliation,’ and is, literally, unprecedented. Whatever the ruling of the Parliamentarian and the Senate President (Biden), there’s no way this process, which is inconsistent with Senate rules, should pass judicial muster- particularly in light of the BO/Roberts feud.
The question is, who has standing to pursue a legal challenge?
Yes in this instance the House will have passed a bill without voting on it because Nancy Pelosi (Wicked witch of the West) says so.
Why have elections lets just have Nancy tell us who we voted for??

President Obama campaigned for health reform, said he liked single payer. More Americans voted for him than any other President in history. Talk about a revolution at the ballot box. I was one of them. Never voted D before. Was told by the GOP Hussein Obama was hardly a US citizen his pals were terrorist he was Marxist. But me the majority of the voters wanted a revolution so bad, wanted the old gang that robbed us blind left us on our knees in unpaid war debt, financial ruin we voted for Obama anyway. Change.
Just remember, you’re not the only ones who see your cause as revolution. Just the way I felt in November 2008. The way I feel now. You want a return of the Bush gang. See you at the polls. May the best revolution win.
