U.S Constitution Says in, 8 U.S. Code Section 1182:
Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. Whenever the Attorney General finds that a commercial airline has failed to comply with regulations of the Attorney General relating to requirements of airlines for the detection of fraudulent documents used by passengers traveling to the United States (including the training of personnel in such detection), the Attorney General may suspend the entry of some or all aliens transported to the United States by such airline.
It has appeared to many, the very timely visit to Hawaii by Obama two days before Trump’s second immigration executive order is more than a coincidence. Watson, whom President Barack Obama appointed to Hawaii’s district court in 2013, is a known liberal supporter of Obama’s political ideology. This could very well be a “prima faciae” case of quid pro quo.
Obama and his shadow government, largely funded by George Soros, who is a globalist with a vision and ardent drive toward global socialism and New World Order, Obama appointed many district judges, and is not in fear of using them to suit his purposes.
This practice by Obama and his shadow government has created what has become a “Quid Pro Quo” situation to use the district courts to thwart any attempt on Trump’s part to form a reasonable immigration policy. The question is, will the Justice Dept. review what the constitutional law states and what these judges have determined, and will the president act accordingly if the U.S. is attacked by ISIS. There are several options the president has at his command should ISIS attack the United States that would nullify the rulings of the district courts. Multiple news sources quote Sarah Isgur Flores, a spokeswoman for the DOJ as saying, “Trumps travel order falls squarely within his lawful authority in seeking to protect our nation’s security.
Watson who was appointed to the district court in 2013 by Obama, didn’t formally rule on the constitutionality of Trump’s immigration order itself. Critics, including Hawaii Attorney General Doug Chin, have called the executive order a thinly veiled unconstitutional “Muslim ban,” which Trump has denied. Watson asserted that he believes Hawaii has, “strong likelihood of success on the merit” in its attempt to overturn Trump’s order on religious grounds.
With the power of Soros funding of Obama’s new “shadow government,” called “United to Protect Democracy” Obama will have the ability to thwart Trump’s Administration and provide a serious threat to America’s Constitutional Republic.
Obama has headquartered this new shadow government in his rented Washington DC multimillion dollar home. It is led by a former Obama lawyer Ian Bassin, who previously worked at a Soros-financed global activist organization. He also served as Associate Counsel to the Obama White House and previously served in the Education Policy Working Group for Obama’s 2008 Presidential Transition Team.
Bassin also served as General Counsel and Campaign Director at Avaaz, which describes itself as a global web movement to bring people-powered politics to decision making everywhere. Avaaz has been described as “the global counterpart of the George Soros funded “MoverOn.”
This attack by Obama, with Soros using the shadow government and district judges, serves only one purpose, andis serious, well-funded, will intensify as they gain speed and is goaled to destroy the Constitutional Republic we live in. These attacks on America’s way of life will not stop until action is taken in an aggressive manner, according to our laws to protect our nation. Not once have I heard Barack Obama call America a Constitutional Republic, but instead a democracy. These two types of government are totally different, so words do matter.
”A nation can only be disgraced by the failure of its citizenry to take action in the face of tyranny.”
Donald Raleigh Ayotte, August 2010
