None of the Democrat bills do any of the things he desires. I used to think Delaware was stupid for voting for Biden so many years, now I see the real waste of a vote. Get used to it; this will be exacerbated with socialized medicine, as the top 50% of income-earners, today, account for about 96% of tax revenues collected.
