Marco Rubio declared “the Blizzard may have been the best thing to happen to the American Economy in 12 months”. The Congress couldn’t vote on bills, the regulatory agencies couldn’t impose new regulations, and the President couldn’t find a place to set up a teleprompter to announce new taxes.
