I can say this about the state as a whole, the love for establishment candidates (think Mike Castle) is shrinking. I really believe it's gonna take candidates with substance. I'm not saying some of the "old heads" don't have real substance...just saying they better bring more than a few decades of GOP loyalty to the table.
