I think the way to deal with illegal immigrants is to lock up their employers. Half a dozen CEOs in jail for 1-year sentences, with businesses shut down, is all it would take to cut the illegal population in half or more. Make no mistake, Americans *would* take the jobs that would be freed up.

If we aren’t going to do that, then we are really saying that all the illegals should be treated as legal and are entitled to stay. Once we do that we may as well make them all citizens and let them sign up for health care.

I do not think there is any public good having a poor, sick, and injured underclass incubating disease which may eventually impact my family. It is inhumane and counterproductive.

To your question in 6. The answer is simple, it is good policy in both his mind and mine. He is afraid to say it and campaigns like Archie Bunker but votes like Nancy Meathead Pelosi. Is this the kind of leader you want? One who rides into office on the backs of illegals? One who exploits fears then does something completely different a week later?
