Only a liberal would believe that making a 12 year old get a license plate for his/her bike would increase public safety. A Philadelphia councilman is claiming just that. He speaks of problems getting the bike riders to obey the rules of the road, but he never makes a connection to his $20 license plate and public safety. The mere act of regulation will save the day.
Folks please, don’t let friends vote liberal without calling them on it.
