There were way more than 70,000 there Mr. Liar Hood. I know that some of the numbers were entirely too large, that some folks went overboard. This kind of thing happens all the time at these large crowd gatherings. whatever the case, below, from the New York Times-

However big it was, it was bigger than expected. From the NYT: “Many came on their own and were not part of an organization or group. But the magnitude of the rally took the authorities by surprise, with throngs of people streaming from the White House to Capitol Hill for more than three hours.”

You just had to jump in and say something, pathetically, to put down what was an amazing turnout of ordinary Americans.
Too bad you’ll never be part of that group Mr. Liar Hood. You’ll never know the pride of being a true American because this is something liberals never know.
I happened to be talking to my husband tonight. We’re both Internet types but rarely frequent the same web sites. I chanced to mention this Perry fellow who keeps inserting himself in the middle of things that no one asked him when he would be welcomed with loving open arms at the Koz Kidz site.
Husband says he knows the Perry I’m talking about, that he was a pain in the butt at the WGMD site. “He’s a guy who likes to insinuate himself where he can just piss everybody off.”
What a sad pathetic life.
All those people all TEN of them Perry if that makes you happy, want to see people like you and your ilk OUT of power.
Who cares what the “DC Fire Department” says? Anything run by the DC government is in a state of perpetual ineptitude. And, who cares what “ABC” says? ABC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Socialist-Democrat Party. Why not ask ACORN for their numbers, Perry?
If this had been a pro-BO healthcare rally, it would have been the first story covered by the ABCNNBCBS cabal; instead, it was as buried as Van Jones’ communist manifesto or the ACORN fiasco.
That first YouTube only shows some of the aproximately 500,000 people that marched from Freedom Park over to the West Lawn of the Capitol. It is just one piece of the picture of a great weekend.
Rick doesn’t care about anything but when happy hour starts, why would he care about facts. He never has a reference except for who has a 2 for 1 special
I don’t get it? What is there to kid about? I had a great weekend, so did a lot of other people. That time laps of people is only a piece of it. I wasn’t even in that part. My group went straight to the west side of the Capital. About 50 from my group walked back there and marched but I did not.

David, are you aware that the attendance to the DC Tea Party was nowhere near 1 to 1.5 million, more like 60k to 70k? Here, check it out for yourself!
Moreover, the crowd pictures circulating are fake. Here, check it out for yourself as well!
Please stop spreading these untruths!

Both links are to the same site – I messed up.
For the link to that gives the DC Fire Dept’s estimate of the crowd, go here.

Pat, I gave a reference citing ABC News and the DC Fire Department estimate. Where is your reference?
Who cares what the “DC Fire Department” says? Anything run by the DC government is in a state of perpetual ineptitude. And, who cares what “ABC” says? ABC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Socialist-Democrat Party. Why not ask ACORN for their numbers, Perry?

You don’t have a reference either, Rick!
None of the mainstream media covered the war protests either.
And if that is 1- 1.5 million people in the first tube, then president Obama’s inauguration must have had 15million attendees.
That first YouTube only shows some of the aproximately 500,000 people that marched from Freedom Park over to the West Lawn of the Capitol. It is just one piece of the picture of a great weekend.

Tim, you are kidding, aren’t you? “It is just one piece of the picture of a great weekend.”

You’re kidding, right?
