Lisa Murkowski Trying for plan B?

Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski is trying to bully the Libertartian off the ballot so her friend and Libertarian chair could fill in the vacancy with her. She is publicly being coy until the final primary results are in.
A republican candidate for Senate looks like she is about to lose a primary and suddenly she’s trying to get the endorsement of a small third party. Where have we seen this movie before? Oh, that’s right, our own O’Donnell. Shame on Murkowski and shame on O’Donnell. Both should agree to go by the results of the primary.
If Murkowski goes the 3rd party route, It is disgraceful. Alaska is a Republican leaning state. The winner of this primary should be a shoo in assuming Miller actually does the work. Miller has a very impressive resume. I would be pleased to vote for someone with this type of resume and conservative credentials.
She fell asleep at the switch. I guess that can happen when you were appointed to the US Senate by your daddy.
Agreed Rick. I think the Daddy appointment helped Miller.
She had won a full term in her own right in 2004. The Daddy appointment occurred after he became governor in January 2003.
But a lesson for the Castle folks. She’s been driven out of the race with a seven figure balance sitting useless in the bank.
In this environment, any opponent is a dangerous one.
Especially one backed by Sarah Palin.
