She was welcome there as were all candidates and potential candidates, however it was not her event. She set up a campaign booth and she did give a speech concerning the importance of elections and voting, however she has said she will not make an official campaign kick-off announcement until she has raised $100,000, which is the minimum amount she feels she would need to start a reasonable campaign for Senate.
