In Delaware, They Lynch Negros, Part II

Cross-posted in redstate.com While Dealing with the “Dover Human Relations Commission’s” (DHRC) Response To Action Form, ” I will address the alleged assault and attempted lynching of Mr. Henry Fordham. I will include information in the Response To Action Form as well as modus operandi of other alleged lynchings as well as conclusions from investigative political activists. Before launching into fresh material, I will briefly refresh the reader of the alleged lynchings of two African Americans in or about Silver Lake Park in Dover Delaware. On Sunday October 17, 2010, a 19 year-old Wesley College student from Edison, New Jersey was found hanging from a tree suspended by two belts linked together, in an alley off of the 200 block of Governor’s Ave. in Dover. Charles Conley was a well-liked, athletic and intelligent young man, with no apparent reason to commit suicide. Although the Police ruled this hanging as a suicide, claiming a note had been found, upon further investigation, this note was in fact a facebook message to his mother to ask Jasmine about it. I’ve never seen or heard of such a suicide note as this. In November of 2011 racial leaflets were found “all over” downtown Dover. They included the depiction of a man hanging from a tree along with a Nazi swastika with the message in ALL CAPS quoting: “CLEANING UP THE STREETS, ONE NIGGER AT A TIME.” On May 12, 2012 John Clark, an African American male was found hanging from his own belt from a tree in Silver Lake Park less than a quarter of a mile from the location Charles Conley was allegedly lynched less than two years earlier. Now with a little background behind us we will deal with the DHRC report, concerning the assault and alleged lynching that took place on September 21, 2012, also in Silver Lake Park in Dover. From page 10 of the DHRC’s Response To Action Form:
On September 27, 2012 at 9:17pm, Henry Fordham reported to the Dover Human Relations Commission’s Chair, Roy Sudler that on Sept. 21 he was approached by two Caucasian males who befriended him earlier that day through a general conversation about the origin and practices of the Muslim Religion. Later on that evening, Mr. Fordham met with the two Caucasian males to continue their conversation. After getting into the vehicle of the two Caucasian males, he was then held at gunpoint and taken to Sliver Lake Recreational Park, located in Dover Delaware. During the time he was unlawfully held captive against his will, Mr. Fordham experienced derogatory racial slurs, being pistol-whipped, hung and attempted murder and castration, and survived.
Also stated in this meeting is the following:
“He tried to report to various law enforcement agencies and was denied the opportunity to make an official hate crime complaint..” In addition, according to Mr. Fordham, he was advised by more than one law enforcement agencies that he would be arrested for false report if he continued to pursue filing an incident report of this nature.” The Dover Human Relations Commission has been requested by Mr. Fordham to be a catalyst/mediator in the process of helping him to file an official complaint with the proper law enforcement agency without fear of retaliatory acts or undue distress sanctioned upon him.
The Dover Human Relations Commission has been requested by Mr. Fordham to be a catalyst/mediator in the process of helping him to file an official complaint with the proper law enforcement agency without fear of retaliatory acts or undue distress sanctioned upon him.
Page 10 of The Response To Action Form: Mr. Fordham brought forth his concern to the DHRC in an effort to make sure that his human and civil rights were not being violated and to simply give testimony as to the events that led up to his abduction on September 21, 2012. If Mr. Fordham was in enough fear for his life to appear before the DHRC to ask for protection, why did they take no action. The only action they took was to write this report that I have provided a link to download at the end of this post. There is physical evidence of an assault with photographs to prove knife marks on the areas near the ear and genitals of the victim as well as ligature mark on his neck from the attempted lynching. The fact is, if Mr. Fordham had not escaped his assailants, he would have died from lynching as did Mr. Conley and Mr. Clark. The Modus Operandi is the same for all three incidents, however the only thing these three men shared in common is the fact they were African Americans. Mr. Fordham was arrested and incarcerated after speaking to the DHRC, and a now released inmate claims that Fordham was severely beaten soon after he was incarcerated. Was the purpose of the beating to ensure that if he talked to anybody else, it would cost him his life. Why are people defending the actions of the DHRC, the Dover City Police and the Delaware NAACP. Why, after the DHRC heard testimony from the victim, did they decide to forward a motion to disband the Dover Human Rights Commission. Why did they decide not to fulfill the number one objective of their organization. “The need for an environment of fairness and respect among it citizens.” Would it be because of political pressure from above the Delaware Attorney General’s office. Could it be that two lynchings and an attempted lynching would cause a political maelstrom and hurt the election of certain individuals. The Delaware NAACP has also dropped the ball on this chain of events by attempting to defuse the situation by placating both the White and African American Communities, while failing to address the issue. Instead of demanding a complete investigation, the NAACP has attempted to play politics on this issue. I have received communication from the African American community they are highly displeased with the doubletalk and complete lack of any real action of the part of the authorities and the Delaware NAACP. “A nation can only be disgraced by the failure of its citizenry to take action in the face of tyranny.” Response To Action Formdoverdocument

  1. I don’t understand one point: Why would a person kidnapped and threatened go to the human rights commission instead of police?

  2. Nobody

He went to the police and they refused to investigate because he had a previous record of illegal narcotics. I didn’t understand the police’s failure to investigate because all of the evidence points to a serious assault and attempted lynching. Mr. Fordham thought that the Human Relations Commission was honest and would help him. He was wrong.

  3. Meanwhile, there’s more widespread and well documented evidence of tribalism of this sort:

Knockout Game victim’s eye kicked out of socket
The Knockout Game is part of an epidemic of black mob violence played hundreds of times across the country. It is documented in “White Girl Bleed a Lot: The return of racial violence and how the media ignore it.”
But the chief of police and the mayor could not bring themselves to say it. Talking with reporters Thursday night, they said the violence was a “random … teenage” thing.

Not to mention the riots and looting based on a tribal mentality created by the corporate media that may follow the Zimmerman case, if social media is any measure.

I’m all for real investigative journalism. But not for trying to make a case when there seems to be little evidence to do so, while there is clear evidence of racism and tribalism happening all around you.

  4. There’s tons of evidence that African Americans have been given a tribal/gang/gangster mentality* by the education system and the media and almost zero evidence that the police or white poor people of numerous other “tribes” have been granted the same leniency by liberals in the media. Given that’s the case, if anything you should have to meet a higher standard of evidence if you’re going to try to prove: “In Delaware, they lynch negros.”

*Games are based on their mentality, etc.:Top 100 Black Mob Videos: #98 KC Knockout Game

(He was probably a European immigrant from Russia, therefore he has a tribal “debt” to African Americans.) Anyway… everyone “higher information content” on the internet usually knows more about what’s actually going on in reality. It’s not as if you can expect to read it in the News Journal. (People still read that crap?)

The media’s the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that’s power. Because they control the minds of the masses.

    Ironic, huh?

  5. He went to the police and they refused to investigate because he had a previous record of illegal narcotics.

That’s a blatant lie. In Part 1 of this story, David Anderson stated that not only did the Dover PD investigate, but they opened their books on this investigation to the NAACP. The NAACP decided that there was no “cover up” in this investigation.

It’s sickening that you’re smearing David Anderson’s good name on David’s own blog while he’s in Afghanistan fighting for our country.

David: Please put an end to this nonsense, let Don blog over at Doug Beatty’s site and bring back Tennessee Walker and some of the decent, honest bloggers that used to contribute here.

  6. Sometimes race-baiting is used to garner support for different interests, and sometimes it is used purely for profit, and sometimes it is used for legitimate reasons.

What we will see when Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson go down to Florida for the George Zimmerman verdict, is the for profit example.

I know what the police said in a statement, (paraphrased) they stated that Fordham changed his statement of the abduction twice and was known to them for illegal narcotics, therefore there would be no further investigation.
Fordham change his story of the abduction because he was on probation and didn’t want to violate that probation.
The next time you call me a liar without proof, I will delete your comment!!!!!

A satire of the navel gazing in the corporate media that’s sure to follow if there are riots: “It’s almost as if we were pushing the story and editing tapes in order to provoke people or somethin’. We’ll discuss the topic with Al Sharpton at 9pm. So be sure to watch.” Metabunk comment

I’ve seen you mostly on Delaware Liberal and Delaware Right. At least you are an equal opportunity agonizer

  10. Independent News Hour

The Dover Police ‘investigation’ consisted of ‘poking holes’ in stories they claim that Henry told them. People close to Fordham have doubts as to the stories the police published. The NAACP investigation? That’s funny.

The ‘investigation’ was more of a meeting according to our sources.

INH members have given the first and last name of one of Fordhams alleged attackers to the Mayor and no shortage of information that would help the police find this individual. As well we know that one of the alleged attackers was incarcerated with Donald Clark according to his testimony to the Dover Human Relations Commission.

  11. anom : Mr. Anderson is not a fascist like yourself! you are always begging him to out Don. why?

  12. You state that no action was taken but the report, what other action are they allowed to take? They did their job and forwarded this report to Council and made it available to the public. They have no power to make anyone do something.

The next question is interesting, “Why, after the DHRC heard testimony from the victim, did they decide to forward a motion to disband the Dover Human Rights Commission?”

Please explain. Could you please give dates such as the investigation and when this motion came and what the result was?

  13. David
“You state that no action was taken but the report, what other action are they allowed to take? They did their job and forwarded this report to Council and made it available to the public. They have no power to make anyone do something.”

Thank you for pointing out the reason for their inaction. It hadn’t occurred to to me they were not given the power to act. It is an excellent point.

  14. Dr. Issa, I notice your name has been scrubbed from the Delaware State University website, does that mean there was a conclusion to your case, and if so, what was the outcome? I’m curious as to why you haven’t obtained employment at another HBCU.

  15. “In Delaware, they lynch negros.”

Still waiting on the evidence as to how widespread this supposedly is.

    Because, meanwhile:

Remember, the police refused to take crime reporters after the mass assault…
These are just some of the >>>>>hundreds of examples<<<<< of racial violence and lawlessness in more than 80 cities around the country as documented in my book: White Girl Bleed a Lot: The return of racial violence to America. Link

Eventually this may cause a tribal mentality among “whites”* because the internet exists and they are going to figure out that it’s happening on their own, even if they’re not the specific people getting beaten by black criminals and so forth. That’s the case even given the refusal of the police and the media to report on it. What a cover up, huh? Tweet, tweet… “We’re rioting! Let’s start another riot!” Tweet, tweet… “THEY are rioting.” Etc.

What was that about your tribe of martyrs and victims again, Issa? Logs and specks.

*Be interesting to see a Catholic immigrant from Spain and a Jewish immigrant from Russia that probably have basically nothing in common begin to have a tribal mentality as “white” while some Asians join in because their shops keep getting looted. Hard to imagine. But history shows that new identities and new tribes may be forged in the fires of chaos when the very people that should be educating or leading their “gangs”/tribes are too busy with wallowing around in history looking for victimization propaganda or trying to incite gang/tribe based riots instead. Imagine if European tribes had always maintained that mentality, they’d probably still be talking about who was right or wrong in the English Civil War of 1642 instead of getting on with the business of civilization and bettering the community and commonwealth here and now.

  16. Don do you really think that there’s only one person in Delaware using the name “anon” to comment on blogs? Are you seriously that dense? No wonder anonymous, anon and anon think you’re not smart enough to do any kind of valid investigative reporting.

Dr. Issa – “outting” is the act of revealing an anonymous blogger or commentator’s name. Asking David Anderson to rid us of the inane rantings of Don Ayotte isn’t “outting” Don, it’s doing a service to all of humanity.

  17. anon
Your give yourself away constantly by your vitriolic and abusive comments. Your writing style is distinctive sir. It doesn’t take a brainiac to spot your style.
    You sir, need serious help!

  18. I will say anon is correct in that the police did investigate this incident. Some are not satisfied with the outcome, but that is far different than saying they ignored it or did not investigate the matter. After the initial investigation, public pressure got it kicked up the ladder. I think the leads on this are cold and the victim changing his story with police and allegedly withholding information, hurts the investigation and credibility with the police.

You have to do what you have to do, but then it is hard to complain about the outcome.

What is needed is some third party collaboration. We need some leads. I hope this story will get that one lead. Thugs like this cannot go free.

  19. BTW, if anyone has the names of the alleged attackers. Email them to me. We are closing in on a year of my asking.

  20. David
The police probably performed a cursory investigation but this should have been followed up on. The act is so egregious, that common sense dictates a thorough investigation. If Fordham had not of escaped, he would have been lynched.

So which one is it, Don? Your story changes as much as Fordham's.

What we do actually know is that the NAACP was able to view the investigation files and they walked away satisfied. But that's not good enough for people trying to make names for themselves off of the dead bodies of young men who committed suicide and their grieving parents.

  22. Anon
I’ve stated many time that the Dover City Police Dept. did no sufficiently investigate this assault and attempted lynching. If you would like to further discuss this matter, go over to delawareright where you belong and discuss it.

  23. Tray Reader
You wouldn’t think this was a load of hooey, if it were your neck they were stretching.

  24. So what if Tray Reader is right about Fordham? It still demands investigation. David, I gave the Mayor the names of both attackers verified by doing what the Dover PD and NAACP didn’t do. Old fashioned canvassing and going back again and again to the neighborhood and talking to people.

The first names of both are confirmed by people in the area and the first and last name of one man confirmed by neighbors. They rented from a known person and I identified the landlord, I have reason to believe that the landlord knew at least one of their names.

Donald Clark is on video saying he was in a program (incarcerated) with one of the attackers. Donald is on ice, can’t be that hard to question. I have also provided a lead as to where the parents of one of these individuals might live, that should be checked out. I did email that to you by the way.

No matter what you think of Fordham, he was assaulted. The neighbors confirm that the people Fordham named were in their home on the morning of 21SEP2012 until word of the attack began circulating, they cleared out. Sounds suspicious at a minimum to me.

Until Fordham is resolved it’s all suspect. A FB message saying “I’m sorry Mom, you’ll have to ask Jasmine what happened” is hardly a definitive suicide note. Maybe, maybe not.

The thing is that both Clark and Conley left behind people who just don’t think they killed themselves and the manner of death is troubling, highly coincidental to have two such suicides in such proximity where the only common factor other than manner of death was skin tone.

We can disagree but the naysayers really should come up with something substantive. Until you’ve done what we did, canvass the street and interview a member of the household where Fordham’s 911 call originated, perhaps a full cup of water with a matching cover is in order.

Then all you nameless types can simply shut the full cup.

  25. Doug

You’re right about the fact that Henry Fordham is not of sterling character but he was seriously assaulted and his assault deserves further investigation on the part of the Dover city Police Department. Their staunch arrogance and refusal to investigate this matter in the face of overwhelming evidence indicates they are hiding behind other excuses.
What those excuses are, one can only speculate but perhaps this speculation should take place in the absence of the Dover City Police Department’s professionalism.

  26. You are accusing them of refusing to investigate Fordam again. Why don’t you take Fordam back to the police station yourselves and make sure they get the whole story complete with the names of the men who attacked him?

  27. Tray Reader
If it was easy for Doug Beatty to get the information, it would have been much easier for the Dover City Police Department. It is my belief and contention that the DCPD has the information and are failing to act on it, for reasons of their own.

BTW,why won’t you use you own name while commenting. I can only conclude that you are a shill for another, who has an agenda. You lack in credibility by adding nothing but negativity to the subject.

  28. Confused again why not take Fordam to the Dover police and make sure they get every detail on the case right video tape it to put extra pressure on them to bring in the people who attacked him. Get a statement from the NAACP and put every one on the record. Hook Fordam to a lie detector. Watched all videos and Fordam does not name any one and he should on video.

  29. Confused again (Tray Reader)
It is the job of the police to take the statement right the first time. We are merely reporting on the incident. Just as it is your duty to read and not tell us how to perform the Dover Police’s job.

I’ve posted an open thread just for the George Zimmerman not guilty verdict. If all comments about that subject could be directed to that post, it would be greatly appreciated.
