FOUNDERS VALUES TO HOST U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES PRIMARY DEBATE
Mar 11th, 2010 by David Anderson
Founders Values will be hosting a Democrat primary debate between former Lt. Governor John Carney and Scott Spencer. Both individuals are vying for the U.S. House of Representatives seat being vacated by Congressman Mike Castle. Invitations have been delivered to both candidates and as of the writing of this release we are awaiting final confirmations from both campaigns. The debate will take place on May 1st, 2010 at 1PM and will be held at the Newark Senior Center located at 200 North Chapel Street Newark, DE 19713. The 90 minute debate format will include the opportunity for audience members to submit questions to the participants.
Founders Values Executive Director Jon Sherman says “Founders Values is honored to have the opportunity to extend this debate invitation to the candidates for the United States House of Representatives. America’s founders left us a government that engages and involves the people. Our representative republic also requires the public to be actively involved in the process and attending a public debate is a great way to get involved.” The debate will focus on issues currently being debated in the United States House of Representatives and will last for 90 minutes. Exit polls will be conducted and the results of that polling will be displayed on the Founders Values website. Founders Values will hold similar debates for other statewide races. Founders Values Communications Director Evan Queitsch says, “Our founders knew that the only way to ensure the survival of our republic was through an informed electorate. Public debates may be the best way to facilitate that kind of information sharing.”

Nice job Guys.
I’m sure Carney and Spencer will be jumping all over each other to get to this event.
What are the odds of either one of them accepting?
You can’t scream Democrats are Commie Progressive Socialist Marxists USA USA USA then expect them to come over for Tea. Will crazy Eileen be there saying the President was born in Africa? One thing every politician knows about the Tea Party – they’re not about to vote Commie Progressive or Democrat they’re all the damn same. So why would anybody who does not think like Glen Beck attend?
