Dangerous Pollutant ?
Dec 10th, 2009 by Frank Knotts
On Monday the EPA released its “Endangerment Finding” and named carbon dioxide as a “DANGEROUS POLLUTANT”. This , says the EPA would allow it to regulate carbon output, without the need for any congressional legislation.
Trouble is, this Endangerment Finding is heavily based on another EPA document released back in April, this twenty-five page roll of toilet paper was titled “Proposed Endangerment and Cause or Contribute Findings for Greenhouse Gases”.
The trouble with this foundational document is that it has thirty-four references to information from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change or IPCC.
The trouble with these references is that they contain much of the same information that has been called into question for the validity of the data used to prove that climate change exists and that man somehow contributes to it. The reason for this is that this information was discussed in the now infamous e-mails that were released and that have been dubbed “climate gate”
I think that the EPA’s Endangerment Finding should be revoked until a full investigation into the validity of the IPCC’s findings can be conducted since the EPA is basing its findings on those of the IPCC. Even the Director of the IPCC, Phil Jones , has stepped down until an investigation is concluded.
The EPA’s attempt to circumnavigate around the congress on this issue is dangerous and could be extremely costly to the nation and its people.

Maybe idiot ‘liberals’ should ban running and sex…to much CO2 exhaled.
Canada’s largest newspaper calls for a worldwide one child policy to help combat global climate change. Let’s compromise and adopt a modified version of Rick’s suggestion. Liberals should only have one child or fewer and not be allowed to indocrinate in the schools.
Maybe we could reduce Co2 out put by limiting political leaders responces to questions to under three minutes and force them to buy credits if they want to go longer. Now there is a cap and trade I could back.
