Combating Crime in Wilmington, DE

GUEST OPINION

By: Steven Washington, M.Ed

How do we combat crime in Wilmington, Delaware? It appears that nonsense shootings are happening almost daily and we constantly look for solutions. Have we exercised every avenue or do we really want it to stop? We really must become proactive and not reactive.

I would like to introduce safety right in the palm of your hand via your mobile phone. This app will help deter crime and build communication. Don’t hesitate to visit my web-site: www.ubnappd.com/sw71

UbnAppd is a video recording and safety alerting app:

What would you do if you got pulled over by the Police, walking alone or had an incident with someone? Would you want an eye witness?

Parents, Do you worry about your kids safety? Would you want to be alerted within minutes of an incident they have?

UbnAppd is an app that records video, alerts emergency contacts within minutes of an incident & tracks GPS location. Once video is uploaded video can’t be deleted for 30 days and has an emergency panic button alert system

Be proactive instead of reactive to incidents or crime to help keep you and your loved ones safe in today’s unpredictable world.

Cost is $2.50 a month ( billed annually ).

Would you rather be safe or sorry? UbnAppd is a no brainer to have on everyone’s phone.

  1. From Selections from the Dark Enlightenment;

    “In much of the Western world, in stark contrast [to first world Asian cities], barbarism has been normalized. It is considered simply obvious that cities have ‘bad areas’ that are not merely impoverished, but lethally menacing to outsiders and residents alike. Visitors are warned to stay away, whilst locals do their best to transform their homes into fortresses, avoid venturing onto the streets after dark, and – especially if young and male — turn to criminal gangs for protection, which further degrades the security of everybody else. Predators control public space, parks are death traps, aggressive menace is celebrated as ‘attitude’, property acquisition is for mugs (or muggers), educational aspiration is ridiculed, and non-criminal business activity is despised as a violation of cultural norms. Every significant mechanism of socio-cultural pressure, from interpreted heritage and peer influences to political rhetoric and economic incentives, is aligned to the deepening of complacent depravity and the ruthless extirpation of every impulse to self-improvement. Quite clearly, these are places where civilization has fundamentally collapsed, and a society that includes them has to some substantial extent failed.”

    Since white cops are all “racist,” I suggest that they resign from big-city police departments and work in the suburbs. Then, “people of color” can police themselves- just like in Port-au-Prince.

    Aren’t any implicitly White suburbs being targeted for diversification and ethnic replacement too?

    Yeah, but BO will be gone before they get too far.

    I spent my first few years in Washington, and then we moved to the suburbs- part of the original “white flight.” Now, there is a “white flight II.” Many white people in the older suburbs are moving farther out- Stafford, Farquier, Loundon and Prince William tand cities like Fredricksburg, Warrenton and Winchester.

    In Washington, rich whites are forcing poor blacks out- into the older suburbs. Liberals love blacks, as long as they don’t have to live with them (see Lewes DE).

    Eventually, the Heartland will be white, the coasts “people of color” and their rich liberal masters. Secession or war will eventually ensue.
