Obama, Hillary Clinton, Saul Alinsky and Rules For Radicals

DIARY / Donald Ayotte // Posted at 9:11 pm on January 13, 2012 by Donald Ayotte cross posted in Saul Alinsky’s book. “Rules For Radicals,” was first named “Rules For Revolution,” and has caused untold controversy since Alinsky published the book in 1971. I realize that one diary will not be enough to communicate the content of destruction this book holds for our Republic. When I first bought the book, I vowed to read it cover to cover before donning my pencil to write even one word. Alinsky opens in the book’s prologue by writing, “The revolutionary force today has two targets, moral as well as material. Its young protagonists are one moment reminiscent of the idealistic early Christians, yet they also urge violence and cry, “Burn the system down!” Alinsky’s tactics were based not on Stalin’s revolutionary violence, Read more

What the President Missed

We are all Americans. We pray for the victims of the nightclub shooting. Today we are not gay or straight. What do I mean? I mean that we do not tolerate our fellow Americans being targeted for whatever reason. I mean we one against Islamic terrorists who think murder and terror are tools for change. We are at war. It is not a gun control problem. I bet if it were a country bar, the shooter would not have killed as many. It is silly to use this to advance a social agenda. ISIS wants to wipe out homosexuals as their next target. We need to join together and defeat them both there and restore the intelligence sharing between federal and local law enforcement. This terrorist seemed to hate everyone. We need to love everyone. We need to resist social balkanization. Our nation is growing weaker partially because we no longer value our diversity. We use it as a weapon to gain Read more

State of Delusion–The 7th and thankfully final Obama State of the Union Address

Terrorism is a problem, but not that big of a deal. Our standing in the world is the highest it has been. Closing the Gitmo prison will make us safe. The economy is great except for a little problem. Partisan campaign finance reform and changes to reapportionment will solve our problems with government. The Global Climate Change Conference actually mattered. Income inequality has nothing to do with his policies. More trade globalization is what we need. We need more criminals on the streets and more terrorists released from our custody. Open borders are not driving down wages, the real problem are the "bigots" who don't like it. Undermining the definition of marriage and family is a positive. If you believe this alternative reality, you must be an Obama loyalist. The State of Delusion speech was an example of the delusional leading the deluded. The administration lives in the Read more

The Real Fascism is the American Democrat Leadership

Fascism is Governor Malloy of Connecticut using an executive decree to deprive people of their second amendment rights. Even the ACLU is ready to challenge it. Governors can't rule by decree neither can Presidents. I won't hold my breath waiting for the New York Times to use the term as quickly as it does for Donald Trump. Democrats want to use everything from Climate Change to crime to deprive you of rights. People on a terror watch list are on a watch list not a conviction list. If the government wants to use background checks to know if they are buying weapons, that is smart. To use it to ban people when there is not even enough information to arrest them is inconceivable. We know that the watch list has people because they have similar names to people they don't even know. 70 plus people in Homeland Security who passed background checks are on the list. The government can put you Read more

Obama, Clinton Meet About Emailgate, Biden Future Dem Presidential Candidate?

Martha's Vineyard Meeting Between Obama and Hillary, Springs Hope For A Possible Democratic Biden Run It's no surprise Obama included Clinton in his family's yearly August vacation at Martha's Vineyard and the timing could not be more convenient. The president will be able to vacation and open the door for a Biden run for the presidency. This presidential election promises a plethora of surprises from both the Democrats and the Republicans and whoever is the victor of this presidential election, much will be expected from an American public. The nation is split nearly equally down the middle concerning what direction the nation should take. According to news sources, the Clintons will be vacationing in the Hmptons, an upper-crust New York vacation destination Read more

Obama Claims Republican Caucus Makes Common Cause with Iranian Hardliners

President makes hyperbolist slur. He ignores that no one in the region likes this deal. He had to start a new arms race in the Middle East just to get some of the Gulf States from issuing public opposition. Israel is strongly opposed because the Iranian leader who calls them a cancer that needs to be removed is on a glide path for legitimate nuclear weapons. He ignores the fact that the hardliners are the ones that approve of this deal because he gives them 100 billion dollars to fund their terror empire. This deal makes President Obama and the UN one of the largest funders of the expansion of terrorism in the world. No American leader is making purposeful common cause with the "death to America" crowd in Iran. That has not stopped him from making that claim a second time this year. He tried it in March. Unfortunately, President Obama ignored the pro-American moderates when Read more

Keystone Veto Ironic

As most of you know President Obama, who was supportive of Keystone in 2011, vetoed a bipartisan bill to approve the Keystone XL pipeline after 6 years of delay. What you may have missed is the reason given."Through this bill, the United States Congress attempts to circumvent longstanding and proven processes for determining whether or not building and operating a cross-border pipeline serves the national interest," opined the White House. I am puzzled because the system was designed by Congress and Congress has the ultimate Constitutional authority to approve it or determine the national interest. His administration abused the authority given by Congress. That is why it is being taken back. Every excuse given such as environmental concerns and pending action by the Nebraska Supreme Court have fallen by the wayside. There is no legitimate reason to delay it. It does not even make Read more

The Sword that Executes the Law is Not Above It

With that quote, a federal district court in Pennsylvania declared that President Obama’s executive action violated the Separation of Powers and was unconstitutional. The issue at hand did not require the court to set aside the policy so it did not. This ruling gives powerful ammunition to the next Congress to defund an action ruled unconstitutional. If the President then pursues it, Congress can say wait, you are not just fighting us but defying the courts. It takes opposition to it out of the realm of politics. Read the ruling here.

The Lawless Presidency

Congress shall have power "To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization", Article 1 Section 8 of the U. S. Constitution. It is not a Presidential power nor merely a federal power. It is a Congressional power and only a Congressional power. Any attempt by the Executive to rewrite the law is lawless. Surely the President has the power to set aside prosecutions or deportations to focus resources on the most dangerous and disruptive of those here illegally. If the President stopped at the next two years we will focus on felons not families, I would support him. We have no hope of deporting everyone here illegally if we wanted to do so. We pretty much decriminalized unlawful entry long before President Obama. He is stuck with making the best of the situation. He has deported more people than anyone else and he is sick of the broken families and multitude of complaints from immigrant Read more

The Loyal Opposition Asks, Who Has Been In Charge the last 5 and 1/2 Years?

President Obama and Governor Jack Markell stood at I-495 Thursday and panned the horrible state of the infrastructure in Delaware and around the nation. It is a terrible problem. I am glad they discovered it after 5 years. I say 5 because President Obama recognized it when he first came into office, he wanted to fund shovel ready projects to stimulate the economy. Most of the money in his stimulus went elsewhere and it seemed to drop off his list of top priorities. At least President Obama can claim almost 3 years of an opposition House (though certainly arguably), but Governor Markell has a super majority in both houses. Of course the Governor will claim that if he got his gas tax hike this year, all would be well. It still begs the fact that he ignored the problem for 5 years, went for an unrealistic proposal that even his own party couldn't buy in an all or nothing package. Read more

Oops: Maybe Romney Would Have Been Better

Should have, could have.   A new poll says that voters wish they choose Romney over Obama.   Sure now you think this.   The same Quinnipiac  poll says President Obama is the worst President since WW2.   74%  of Democrats are still happy with their choice.  Republicans were never on board, but Independents are abandoning the President.  That doesn’t bode well for Democrats this November. The poll also shows the polarization of this country.  Democrats still despise Bush 43 making him the second most unpopular President in modern times.  I guess Nixon and Johnson finally have company at the bottom

Mr. President, You Have Done Enough Already on Immigration

The President made a bold move last year to act alone on immigration. He decided to announce that Dream Act eligible children would not be deported. The result has been an epic humanitarian crisis at our borders usually brought about by war or natural disaster. The only disaster is that Hurricane Barry who is blowing through laws and procedures and leaving an epic mess in his wake. Tens of thousands of children flood our borders with no adults. Our border towns are facing a meltdown of services and the administration keeps losing children before they come up for hearings. In response, it has created refugee camps. So instead of announcing a reversal of the action, which thank GOD did not pass into law; he demands Congress pass legislation that many think will create other problems. Instead of working with Congress, he poisons the well, costs members willing to work with him their seats Read more

Officials Found Guilty In Obama Ballot Petition Fraud

Foxnews report A jury in South Bend, Indiana has found that fraud put President Obama and Hillary Clinton on the presidential primary ballot in Indiana in the 2008 election. Two Democratic political operatives were convicted Thursday night in the illegal scheme after only three hours of deliberations. They were found guilty on all counts. Former longtime St. Joseph County Democratic party Chairman Butch Morgan Jr. was found guilty of felony conspiracy counts to commit petition fraud and forgery, and former county Board of Elections worker Dustin Blythe was found guilty of felony forgery counts and falsely making a petition, after being accused of faking petitions that enabled Obama, then an Illinois Senator, to get on the presidential primary ballot for his first run for the White House. Morgan was accused of being the mastermind behind the plot. According to testimony from two Read more

GOP Luminaries Gain Traction As Presidential and VP Hopefuls.

National GOP luminaries such as Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Kelly Ayotte and Paul Ryan have remained in the national limelight, in the post-election struggle to fight off such legislation as anti-second amendment legislation and Obama strong-arm tactics. Each continues to gain traction, not only with most factions of the Republican Party but also with Independents and many democrats. This new popularity is no fluke; many Americans that have recently voted for the President have become disenchanted with the newly re-elected president who has become obsessed with revenge based tactics, caused by his failed policies. Actions like failing to open Yellowstone National Park on time and cutting the Federal Tuition Assistance Program and housing benefits for our military veterans can be viewed as tantrum-revenge tactics by a clearly disgruntled president. President Obama pushed "Obamacare" Read more

Obama and Sequestration, What’s He Gonna Do?

Caught in his own trap, in an effort to propose an ultimatum so laughable and obvious that it backfired, Obama could have caused a lose-lose situation for his administration and the country. Jack Lew, former director of Obama's office of Management and Budget and Rob Nabors, the president's Legislative affairs director brought the idea of a "sequester" to Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid July 27, 2011. The idea evolved and a failure of Congress and the White House to agree on substantial deficit reductions would trigger automatic accross-the-board budget cuts. Members of both parties voted for that provision and Obama signed it into law. But the New Year's 2013 deal that raised taxes to avoid the "fiscal cliff" also delayed the sequester's impact -- $85 billion over the rest of this fiscal year -- until March 1. Democrats expected all along that some agreement would exterminate the Read more

Obama Considers Stepping In On California Gay Marriage Issue

According to Associated Press news reports, the Obama Administration is considering urging the Supreme Court to overturn California's ban on gay marriage, a move that could have a far-reaching impact on same-sex couples across the country. The administration has one week to file a friend-of-the-court brief with the with the justices outlining its opinion on the California ban, known a Proposition 8. While an administration brief alone is unlikely to sway the high court, the government's opinion does carry weight with the justices. The Proposition 8 ballot initiative was approved by California voters in 2008 in response to a state Supreme Court decision that had allowed gay marriage. Twenty-nine other states have constitutional amendments banning gay marriage, while nine states and Washington, D.C., recognize same-sex marriage. While the Justice Department would make the filing, Read more

Immigration Reform Could Skyrocket Obamacare Costs

Recent reports from, say comprehensive immigration reform could make millions of people eligible for Obama's healthcare law, assuming a final deal paves the way for undocumented immigrants to receive papers. Illegal aliens are now ineligible for Medicaid under most circumstances, making the law's expansion of the program fruitless for people without documents. If Hispanic lawmaker's get their wish, the U.S. will overhaul the U.S. immigration policy that includes a path to legalization, millions could be added to the cost of Obamacare. Obama has already stated in his Inaugural Address that Immigration reform is one the the issues at the top of his list and advocates like Rep. Luis Guiterrez (D-Ill), said, "we have to figure out a way in which undocumented immigrants incorporate themselves into a larger workforce, and into our society in general, and not be a burden." The Read more

Is Gun Control President Obama’s Social Security

President Bush decided to use the momentum gained from his reelection on a big idea, Social Security Reform.  It was an idea though popular among the young, was never going to see movement among Democrats and divided some in his own party.  He made road shows, but just ended up spending political capital that would have been better served on tax reform or balancing the budget through elimination of duplication. Why is President Obama spending his political capital on gun control where he divides his own party and unites the opposition. He will never get a proposal that bans guns through the Republican led House and if he forces the Senate to vote on it, he will either fail or endanger red state senators. He could very well hand over the senate next year. One has to wonder what is he thinking? Could this be the unforced error that the Republicans need? Watch the latest video Read more

Is Obama’s Goal To Make GOP Look “Extreme”

Republican strategist Karl Rove says President Obama has abandoned any thought of "substantive achievements" in his second term and will push instead to make Republicans "look extreme" to help the Democrats in the 2014 mid-term elections. "I think the President was basically declaring his administration is not longer about substantive achievements," Rove told Fox News' Sean Hannity, Monday evening. "It's about positioning, about making the Democratic Party be more popular with his coalition, and try and win the 2014 elections by making the Republicans look extreme." I think Rove is correct in his analysis of Obama. His inaugural speech was more like a State of the Union speech and he seemed to put the Republican Party on notice that he would implement his extreme policies regardless of a Republican House. His speech was full of empty rhetoric, lacking any plan of action to implement Read more

How to be the Loyal Opposition

Eric Erickson of Red State outlines his views on being a constructive opposition. Here is an excerpt. Congratulations Mr. President on your second inaugural. Saying that makes some of you really enraged. I said the same on twitter shortly after his official swearing in. Several of the replies were embarrassing and atrocious. Some accused the man elected by a majority of Americans of treason. Some accused him of willfully destroying the nation. I believe the President’s policies are destructive and will harm our economy, our nation, and our sense of national self long term. I believe his policies have the effect of turning us into subjects of the government, not citizens in charge of it. Because of his expansion of the social safety net funded through class warfare, Mr. Obama’s policies will cause too many Americans’ fortunes to rise and fall with those of the government, Read more

Unfiltered The President’s Second Inaugural

What do you think? He started with conservative statements about our founding principles then called for unity. After that, he seemed to launch into a full throated advocacy of activist government and progressive social policy. A balanced budget takes a back seat to other priorities. Will that be his Achilles’ heel? What is your opinion about the President’s priorities? What does a decade’s war is now ending mean?

President Obama Criticized for Hosting Korean Music Star

Back in 2004, PSY sang the words “Kill those f—-ing Yankees who have been torturing Iraqi captives” and “Kill their daughters, mothers, daughters-in-law and fathers.” Read more: I think we can all agree to condemn such anti-Americanism. The question that I have is should their be a statue of limitations on holding a grudge for what someone said? The guy now has a video that has a billion views. He is no longer criticizing America now that the war that he hated is over, but celebrating it. Is the President wrong? I hate what he said 8 years ago, but I have to wonder if there is a point to letting bygones being bygones. If we can accept American traitors like Jane Fonda, why would we hold a foreigner who merely said something to a higher standard. Now he is part of the Read more

Now sick babies go on death pathway

When conservatives and those of faith opposed abortion on demand, they argued that the acceptance of this type of procedure would eventually lead to infanticide and pressured euthanasia. Liberals responded with "Oh that would never happen." Well once again liberals are wrong. It is coming to pass in Great Britain. Sick children and babies are being having food and hydration withheld because their cases are "futile". My experience is that any baby will die after not having food or water for a period of time. Conservatives have also argued that the supposed cost savings for Obamacare would eventually lead to Death Panels. This would be in an effort "save" the government money. Actually, In socialized medicine Great Britain, it is not called Death panels, it is called the Pathways to Death. Gosh, that sounds so much nicer. Testimony by doctors and nurses are showing that Read more
