, but Rosenstein is trying to please everyone as is his history. He caved. It is wrong to appoint a special prosecutor before a crime has been found. It keeps an issue alive that should be dead. Will they try to find a crime? At least with Robert Mueller, Democrats will have to stay out of the way or it is completely political. They should be investigating the leaks which are a crime.
Tucker Carson reacted, bad idea but a good choice. Dick Morris worries that it could be the undoing of the administration. Democrats got what they say they wanted. Will they stop posturing and start working?
AETNA EXITS ACA EXCHANGE IN DELAWARE FOR 2018
Dover, DE (May 10, 2017) – On Wednesday, May 10, 2017, Aetna, Inc. (“Aetna”), informed the Delaware Department of Insurance that it would not be participating in the Health Insurance Marketplace (“Marketplace”) in Delaware for 2018. As a main reason for their exit, Aetna cited an approximate $700 million loss for individual policies between 2014 and 2016, and an estimated loss of $200 million for 2017 throughout the United States.
In response, Commissioner Navarro issued the following statement:

Given the uncertainty and instability surrounding the future of the Affordable Care Act, however, I understand their reasoning. I would hope that our elected officials in Washington will come up with solutions to guarantee that health Read more
INSURER FINED $212,505 FOR UNFAIR PRACTICES
Dover, DE (April 19, 2017) – The Delaware Department of Insurance, along with insurance regulators for forty-eight other jurisdictions, have reached a multi-million dollar settlement with Assurant, Inc., regarding the company’s writing of force-placed property insurance, of which Assurant is the nation’s largest writer.
Force-placed property insurance is a type of insurance that allows a financial lender the opportunity to insure its financial interest in a property. Under this insurance, a lender will take out a force-placed insurance policy on a property due to the fact that the property owner’s insurance has either expired or has been determined to be unsatisfactory in coverage.
The settlement, which became effective on March 20, 2017, is the result of a multistate targeted market conduct examination called in 2015 and led Read more
April 7, 2017, Fairfax, Va.--Americans for Limited Government President Rick Manning today issued the following statement praising the Senate for confirming soon-to-be-sworn-in Justice Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court:
"This confirmation is a huge victory for President Donald Trump, who kept his promise by appointing a constitutionalist to the bench. Thanks to the steadfast leadership and determination Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, the balance of power on the Supreme Court has been preserved with the confirmation of Justice Neil Gorsuch, who promises to uphold the text of the Constitution and the rule of law. This proves when the Senate majority is determined to act, they can pull together to respect the will of the people. It is our hope that newly minted Justice Gorsuch lives up to the intellectual legacy of Antonin Scalia who put the rule of law ahead of personal preference."

We are all Americans. We pray for the victims of the nightclub shooting. Today we are not gay or straight. What do I mean? I mean that we do not tolerate our fellow Americans being targeted for whatever reason. I mean we one against Islamic terrorists who think murder and terror are tools for change. We are at war. It is not a gun control problem. I bet if it were a country bar, the shooter would not have killed as many. It is silly to use this to advance a social agenda. ISIS wants to wipe out homosexuals as their next target. We need to join together and defeat them both there and restore the intelligence sharing between federal and local law enforcement.
This terrorist seemed to hate everyone. We need to love everyone. We need to resist social balkanization. Our nation is growing weaker partially because we no longer value our diversity. We use it as a weapon to gain Read more
