Carper has a point
Nov 3rd, 2009 by David Anderson
He actually wants environmental legislation to improve the environment. Democrats will likely reject that notion. They are focused more on the fiction of man made climate change than really saving lives.

I and other have met with Senator Carper, and he does not agree with you about what you call “the fiction of man made climate change.” His amendment does not signal a rift within the caucus on climate change legislation.
I did not mean to imply that he did agree with me. Thank you for that clarification. I was saying that I agree with him that environmental legisltation should at least have something in it that saves lives and cleans up the ecosystem. I was pointing out that the lobbyist in GE who wrote the bill and the Democrat leaders left out that fundamental truth in rush to tackle the latest and greatest headline.
David,
There’s no such thing as enviornmental legislation that will actually improve the enviornment. It’s all designed to be smoke and mirrors.
I mean for Gods sake, the greeniacs are now claiming that COW FARTS are the cause of “Global Climate Change” (dubbed so because none of the “consensus” of scientists can reach a consensus about whether the temperature is rising or falling).
