Yates was fired according to Steve Miller, senior counsel to the President because of her betrayal of her constitutional duty.

With due respect to Ms Yates (because I do not even know her or her abilities or her history), she openly defied her boss and openly recommended to her staff that they not do their job of upholding the law. Firing her was the correct action. Regardless of which side of one stands regarding Trump’s EO, her better choice would have been to simply resign. It would have been for respectful for all involved.

  2. She was given a simple task from her employer, the President of the United States who is the Commander in Chief of the armed forces of the United States , and she refused to carry out that order and was justly fired.
    She was appointed by the Obama Administration and should have been replaced as soon as Trump took office. He publicly fired her then his press secretary explained the reasons.

    WELL DONE PRESIDENT TRUMP!!!!!
