Apologize for America–AZ Immigration Law version
May 18th, 2010 by David Anderson
Serial human rights abuser, the People’s Republic of China received a boost from the regime in Washington by admitting that America has human rights problems too. The new Arizona law was cited as the example. Too bad no one over in State involved with this seems to have read the law. That’s okay, justice, the White House, and homeland security haven’t either. I just wish that they would know what they are talking about before they bad mouth us to the rest of the world.
There are pluses and minuses to this law worthy of discussion, but can we have that discussion based upon facts and not emotion? It feels like the ruling regime would rather have an emotional issue to charge up the base than solve an American problem in a way that respects the dignity of both sides. I hope that I am wrong. I just do not see how I can be on this one.
UPDATE: A class action lawsuit has been filed against the AZ law before it even takes effect. I am sure the ACLU has read the law so they can twist it, but I am entertained that even the petitioners don’t seem to know what is in the law they have been convinced to lend their name to challenge.
They range from two Jane Doe plaintiffs who say they lack convincing documents and could be psychologically hurt by a police stop, to Vicki Gaubeca, a naturalized citizen who lives in New Mexico, regularly travels to Arizona, and worries her state driver’s license doesn’t meet the stricter Arizona requirements.
Another plaintiff, Arizona resident Jim Shee, who is of Spanish and Chinese descent, said he has been stopped twice over the past month by local police who demanded his “papers.” He said he doesn’t want to carry his passport with him to prove his citizenship.
The Arizona law, though, says a valid driver’s license from the state would be accepted as proof.

Only the Obama administration would consider the Arizona law, enacted to protect their state from foreign invasion, as a human rights violation. Then compound that attitude with an attempt to patronize China, the serial human rights abuser by apologizing for Arizona.
China has one of the worst records of human rights violations on record. What an abomination the Obama administration is.
I for one am tired of Obama apologizing to the world for America’s actions. He bows to foreign princes and kings, he apologizes for our great country and quite frankly, he is offensive to America and our constitution.
Even worse, China didn’t complain about it.
Obama doesn’t know what it’s the law. Eric Holder doesn’t. Janet Napolitano doesn’t. Yet, all three have opined against it.
Change you can believe in.
Who are these people?!
