The director of the Secret Service today disputed widely-reported claims that President Obama is receiving more death threats than previous presidents. At a congressional hearing into the White House security breach that took place last week, when Tareq and Michaele Salahi “crashed” the White House state dinner, Secret Service Director Mark Sullivan said the current threat level against the president is normal. “The threats right now … is the same level as it has been for the previous two presidents at this point in their administrations,” Sullivan said. The point remains that as a candidate, the number of threats against Obama’s life was off the charts. Good to know that it’s fallen into a “normal” range, whatever that means.
What it means is that the left-wing media’s constant assertions that BO is ‘the most threatened president ever’ is nothing more than the normal bulls#!t one has come to expect from the Socialist-Democrats and their media sycophants- just like BO’s ‘transparency,’ and ‘no lobbyists’ and ‘change’ and ‘science of global warming’ and ‘the stimulus will create jobs within weeks,’ ad nauseum.

Well it could be just a typo. On the other hand Maybe CBS has a new reporter that they just have been keeping under wraps.
Personally, I think everyone should have intellectual protection when visiting CBS news.
The outward threat “FROM” the White House , far out weighs the threats against the White house. And don’t be suprised that Mr. Sullivan will be looking for employment soon.
And Dave, really? You shouldn’t use the word intelligence in the same sentence as CBS (Crooked Broadcast System)!
I’d like to see some evidence of Willing’s contention that threats against Obama “were off the charts.” If the “threats” were compiled the way, for example, that some “hate crimes” are tabulated, you can probably safely scratch off about half those “threats.”
