Al Frankin Wins Court Ruling
Jun 30th, 2009 by David Anderson
Tell you more when the story comes out and I am back home. It is a bad day for American Liberty. Too bad the liberals refuse to count every vote. It looks like the good people of the state of Minnesota will finally get two senators.

Sure “the liberals refuse to count every vote.”
Keep lying, David.
All the legal votes were counted and recounted under the direction of a completely bipartisan State Canvassing Board in a state governed by republicans and the final matter was decided by a unanimous decision of a bipartisan State Supreme Court.
Keep lying, David, because, apparently, that is all you know how to do. You have no credibility anymore. None.
David: “Too bad the liberals refuse to count every vote.”
David, you have absolutely no basis whatsoever for making this radical statement! The MN Courts have thoroughly vetted this election count. It is time for this matter to be settled once and for all, with the Governor signing off on the MNSC decision. This is actually a good day for “American Liberty”.
David, press the restart button. It’s 2009. Tell us what a liberal is and why they are bad for America?
Ayatollah Khameni found 15,000 votes for Franken during the Iranian recount. How can you deny this? It’s the will of the people!
They really should have counted the entire state by the same standards. That is just the way it should be. The court erred.
Anwhatever is so serious. It is going to really fun joking like this. Someone obviously missed the joke that now liberals don’t want to count votes. Of course they didn’t in 2000 either. They wanted to count Dem votes by one standard and Rep. votes by another. I see that is just as true today. This time they got away with it.
I think I got them going GRex. No sense of humor.
The thing is, I can’t figure out what country to threaten to move to. Yes, I ended a sentence with a preposition, but there you go. Canada? New Zealand? Sri Lanka? Geez, there doesn’t seem to be any alternative but to stay in the good old USA and fix what has gone wrong, so terribly wrong. I’m starting with a 4th of July tea party, and I’m throwing my cigarettes in the Delaware River. I know it’s gonna be tough, but I’m giving up smoking rather than pay the state and fed taxes on nicotine addiction to pay for pie in the sky social programs that don’t make a lick of sense. Thank god I don’t gamble!
“Too bad the liberals refuse to count every vote.”
Sure they do….the dead, the felons…..heck, some ACORN’s got counted ten times.
Franken’s used to being a joke….he’ll fit right in at Congress (although he’s going to find career comedians like Kerry and Feinstein a tough act to follow).
You know Libs don’t have a sense of humor!
The fact that you obviously haven’t read anything substantial about the case is so precious, David. Like a cherub!
But OK, I’ll bite explain this statement: “They really should have counted the entire state by the same standards.”
Please enlighten me, with actual details, as to how Coleman’s argument (which was “Count these votes for me, but don’t count these votes for Franken – whatever you do, don’t be consistent here”) could be construed to support your fantasy that the votes weren’t counted consistently? Keep in mind, I’ve been following this situation for months at a detail level.
David won’t answer you X, because he has no answer!
“and I’m throwing my cigarettes in the Delaware River.”
Could you use a trash can instead, please? The Delaware River has enough problems.
The original Coleman argument was to use the standard held at election day. Some counties used a different standard in the recount and the board consented. Coleman then said, that’s fine but use the same standard in the Republican counties as well. Coleman always fought for the same standard to be used across MN. Not using the same standard distorted the election in a race that close. I have not idea if the result would be different. Coleman would have to pick up a net of 350 or so votes out of 5000 plus. Considering those are from areas he carried it is possible, but not guaranteed. If it were still 200 votes then it might be worth appealing. I think that the fact it was a unanimous ruling meant it was the right thing just to shut it down.
Xstryker is just jealous that I scooped them on Frankin.
