Year after year important legislation comes up in Dover on this. So if a candidate has been an advocate for one side or the other, that is a fair topic for discussion.

I think he was bad for the Party from day one. The majority of the Party eventually agreed. What a happy day when Stabler and Ross gave him that gentlemanly heave ho. I admit I did work hard to grease the wheels. I thought there was a blatant conflict of interest, running the Delaware GOP while at the same time lobbying hard for a his business with important legislation in play. Legislation affecting the lives of tens of thousands of families living in those controlled communities. The straw that broke it for me was campaign contributions going from his business to a Democrat in Sussex. Then denial that he did not know a thing about it. How insulting to all of us. In the interest of fair and balanced, I am involved with the owner of two major MHA parks here in Sussex, a former employer and for whom I occasionally freelance.

This company has NEVER gouged land renters but this is neither here no there.

I’ll not get into the pros and cons of having the gubmint getting all involved in private contracts then having boo hooers trying to change the law of commerce. They didn’t win either.

I predict in the thirty seventh district she’ll have no problem with that MHA connection. Heh.

By the way in the Joe Booth race I said that manufactured housing would not be an issue in that Senate district due to the fact that the Senate district had no real beach areas. You then proceeded to go on a tirade with facts and figures from a retired Democrat flack from Maryland. My analysis was based on objective factors. Your ranting and railing against Joe Booth demonstrated 2 things to me.
1. You were clueless about the District and Sussex County.
2. You were flailing about looking for any issue no matter how tangential to the 19th Senate Race to attack the GOP.
