On January 27, 2017 this reporter purchased a Hewlett-Packard Notebook 15-AY009DX Model X7T50UA laptop computer with 1 TB of storage for $379.99 from BEST BUYS ( on 1165 N. DuPont Highway ) in Dover, DE. It seemed to work well enough for two weeks until a weird feather-shaped distortion appeared in the upper left hand corner of the screen after normal use. COAD Cites “Lack of Action” in Delaware’s Prison Crisis

He cited a “lack of action” on the part of state officials in dealing with major problems in Delaware’s prison system. In the wake of the February 1 hostage incident at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Facility in Smyrna, during which Lt. Steven Floyd was killed, the staffing situation has been aggravated by dozens of early retirements and resignations of prison staff members.
